Heal Yourself and Move Training utilizes BandTherapy allows you to access the deepest muscles in your body and move from them in a way that rapidly improves movement efficiency and the ability to translate into any movement style and achieve transformations in technique, flexibility and whole body movement integration.

By allowing the body to feel like it is floating in water, the resistance of the outer muscles that.normally occurs when moving on land is greatly reduced and a recognition occurs at the deepest levels of bodily awareness of what Emilie Conrad termed “the fluid System of the body.”

As fluid is the greatest component of our bodies, when we move from “fluidity first”, we automatically move more easily, naturally and efficiently.

This in term can lead to rapid progress in the areas of pain relief and injury recovery, movement skill enhancement and general feelings of wellbeing, relaxation and ease in everyday life.

*Put weight on the ball until you notice pressure ie the first feeling of contact of body on ball (not pain).

* Back off the pressure until you barely feel it

* Sigh and relax until the feeling of the ball disappears
